The Only Constant was born from a simple yet profound opinion: innovation should be streamlined, strategic, fun, and continuous—not a struggle. Our founders, Maarten Mantje and Julien Amoureus, brought together their vast experience in digital transformation, business design, UX, and strategy to make this happen.
